This Just In: Good deals at Macy's just got a whole lot better
I have always been a fan of Macy’s. Their style and brand
always seemed to reel me in. Their endless coupons and hefty price slashes gave
me no reason not to love them. I mean, who doesn’t like a good deal? I sure don’t!
I am a huge sucker for clearance and discounted items. Its fairly
likely that you will never ever see me pay full price for anything. And no
matter what it is, I will find the best price. For me, I’ve always had pretty
good luck with Macy’s. If you go at the right time, it’s pretty easy to come
out with a few new things for your closet without breaking your bank account. But
finding those awesome deals may have just got a little easier.
In case you haven’t heard, Macy’s launched a new outlet store
named Macy's Backstage.
This is probably the best news that I’ve heard in a long
time. The fact that I can now get even better deals at one of my favorite
stores is awesome. These outlets are like any other outlet. Its sells
everything that didn’t sell on the floor already. Only this time for a better
price. And when I mean everything I mean everything: for the guys, the girls,
the kids, the home, etc. The article that I read said that Macy’s Backstage
will sell Macy’s merchandise up to 80% off the original price. It’s basically a
steal!
Now with everything good comes a downside. For us this means
that Macy’s Backstage won’t let us return merchandise after 30 days after the
purchase. This also means that Macy’s Backstage will have more ‘final sales’
which means no returns on certain items. The biggest downside of all is that we
can’t use Macy’s coupons at its outlet store. This sucks and all but do you
really need a coupon if you’re already getting it for 80% off? Come on people,
they can’t give it to us for free! On the plus side, all other Macy’s gift
cards, credit cards, and points will work.
So where can we find
these such amazing stores?
Well unfortunately there are only six. On top of that, all six of them are in the
Tri-State area in New York and New Jersey. I know it sucks. But unless you are
in New York or are visiting there soon it doesn’t look like you can scoop up
these deals. But by golly, the next time I’m in New York, I’m definitely checking
out these outlets to see what other awesome deals I can find at Macy’s.
